As part of the AMA National Conference this semester, the Acton Foundation sponsored an event for "Entrepreneurial Heroes," as part of an effort to get students to interact with entrepreneurs in their community. Our students nominated David Carrington of racingusa.com. They submitted their essay nomination and have made it into the semi-finals.
Their next step was to create a 3 minute video about the entrepreneur. Morgan Stone, Dave Karr, and Amy Musick put together an amazing video including writing the music themselves and have submitted it for the next round of the competition. David Carrington shares what he finds to be important characteristics of an entrepreneur in the video below.
