The UAB Parents' Association encourages communication and understanding between parents and the university, enhances the college experience for students and their families, provides opportunities for parent involvement with UAB, distributes information on student development trends and regularly keeps parents up to date on important news affecting your students and allows parents to become part of a dynamic network where they can interact with other parents with similar interests and concerns.

Members also receive special benefits including invitations to exclusive events, discounted tickets to selected events at the Alys Robinson Stephens Performing Arts Center plus membership gifts, a regular newsletter and more. But the biggest benefit is active involvement in the enrichment of the college experience for your student!.

All parents of currently enrolled UAB students are eligible for membership and the one-time fee for a 4 year membership is only $50 per family. You may join the Parents' Assocation using the onling form and secure credit card form (click on the link above) or you may complete and return the form included in the Parents' Association brochure.
