If you have Advanced Placement (AP), College Level Examination Program (CLEP), DANTES Subject Standardized Test (DSST), International Baccalaureate (IBO), military credits, or other alternative credits, UAB Academic Programs and Policy will evaluate them according to current UAB policies and eligibility requirements. Eligible credits will be posted on your transcript when you have enrolled at UAB and after the drop/add date has passed.
All students must request the appropriate testing program (e.g., contact AP for Advanced Placement test scores) have an official score report sent directly to the UAB Academic Programs and Policy office in HUC 470 for evaluation of credit. Transfer students must also have an official score report sent from the particular program for reevaluation of credit in accordance with the current policies.
