High School Transcript
Before attending New Student Orientation, you must submit a final official copy of your high school transcript. Students who have not submitted a final transcript will not be able to register for classes. Official transcripts should be mailed to:

Immunizations
Before enrolling, all first-time entering students born on or after January 1, 1957, must show proof of immunization against Rubeola (red measles). This immunization includes an initial vaccine plus a second dose of vaccine. Students who do not have adequate proof of immunization will be required to repeat immunization. State of Alabama form IMM-90 or documentation signed by the appropriate health practitioner can be sent to the following address:
