Student-oriented environment We realize that academic priorities make it challenging to balance work with school so we make it a priority to make sure callers enjoy coming to work. While we maintain a high level of professionalism, we also keep a fun, relaxed atmosphere where students interact and motivate each other while calling.
Compensation The Phonathon pays new callers $7.50 per hour. Various incentives and prizes are awarded nightly for outstanding performance and/or for achievement of Phonathon goals and initiatives.
