NAS Presents Resolution to First President
On August 30, 2008, the NAS proudly presented a resolution to Mr. Bill Voigt, in recognition of the establishment of the William M. Voigt Endowed Scholarship.
This very special scholarship was named in honor of Mr. Voigt who also served as the first president of the UAB National Alumni Society.
Mr. and Mrs. Voigt have been continued supporters of UAB and the NAS and it was an honor to recognize their contributions at the opening football game against Tulsa.
