About the NAS

The UAB National Alumni Society is growing and our voice is becoming stronger.  With more than 8,000 members strong, the NAS is doing great things for the alumni and students of our university. 

We are proud to have the opportunity to provide more than $700,000 in scholarships, grants and gifts back to the University.  

One of our newest events, the Dollars for Scholars 5K/10K raised over $45 thousand in scholarships last year and we look forward to raising even more next year.

Our 59 chapters are spread across the country and around the globe, giving our alumni an opportunity to stay connected and support UAB regardless of where they live.

There are more than 100,000 UAB graduates living around the world.  It is our goal to see each of these graduates join us in strengthening the legacy of our great university.  Remember, you do not have to be a graduate to become a member.  We invite all of our UAB friends and supporters to join the NAS.  Your support matters - give back to the university that gave to you!
