Dr. Bilotta holds four board certifications and is appointed as Assistant Professor at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto. She is interested in preventive medicine, reducing patient risk factors, and promoting the wellbeing of patients and the community. At the University of Toronto, she completed a Bachelor of Science, a Masters of Health Science in Community Health and Epidemiology, and a Medical Degree, followed by a five year residency. She has worked for over 8 years with the Ontario Provincial Government as the Senior Medical Consultant in the Public Health Division of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. She is interested in functional medicine and is an effective team leader with broad knowledge and experience. Her long-term goal is to apply her passion for applied nutrition and disease modification by being involved in novel research, patient practice and policy.
