Web Communications is available Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. All calls related to Estrada should be directed to Web Communications during normal business hours. Please call 975-8587
After-Hours Support
If you need after-hours assistance, please contact the AskIT Desk at (205) 996-5555. Stay on the line even if you get a recording. AskIT does not provide Estrada support, but can help you in the unusual event of a server-related technical issue. For example, Ask IT will not help you build your site, but they can tell you if the UAB site is down or help you if you have trouble logging in to Estrada.

1:30 p.m.-10:00 p.m., Sunday
If your question is an emergency and must be answered outside of normal hours for either Web Communications or AskIT, please contact the Call Center at (205) 934-4011 and ask them to page the IT technician on call.
