Project Description: This project is an experiment comparing the efficacy of panitumumab to cetuximab. Mice will be used as a model. Following tumor growth, mice will be treated with one of the two antibodies. At the end of the project, the intern will be encouraged to write an abstract for submission to a scientific meeting.
Intern's Anticipated Duties:
Duty 1: Measure mouse flank tumors
Duty 2: Assist in mouse tissue collection
Duty 3: Write an abstract covering project data
Preceptor will provide intern with access to the following: laboratory work bench space; equipment needed to complete project; supplies needed to complete project
