We ask that each intern (student) and preceptor (faculty member) work together to develop a plan for the intern's participation and contributions to the project for the summer. This will allow each intern to have a clear idea of what is expected of him/her during the summer. Accepted CaRES interns should contact their CaRES preceptor to arrange a time to meet and complete this form.
