| Congratulations to Dr. Jasmine Gaines, a Post-doctoral Fellow mentored by Dr. Piyathilake, and Dr. Dana-Marie Thomas, a Post-doctoral Fellow mentored by Dr. Keith, were among several in the nation that received Outstanding Minority Doctoral Scholar Awards at the 14th Annual Institute on Teaching and Mentoring in Arlington, Va. on October 25-28, 2007. The SREB Doctoral Scholars program was developed with support from The Pew Charitable Trusts and the Ford Foundation.
