Jose B. Quintana, Ph.D., teaches courses in managed care and process improvement. He continues a 30+-year active career in health care administration through his joint appointment at the Birmingham VA Medical Center. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the Academy of Management and the Birmingham Regional Health Executives Forum.
