
Howard W. Houser, Ph.D will be joining the Health Professions Dean's Office staff as Associate Dean for Faculty and Staff Development. Dr. Houser will provide key leadership to guide the the School through the development and implementation of a new professional development initiative.
His outstanding record and reputation as a faculty member includes more than thirty years experience in health services administration education. His major interest is the U.S. health care system, its history, development, change, and the social issues continuously confronting it. Dr. Houser's other interest area is the development of health services delivery systems and educational programs internationally. He has participated in health services education programs in The Peoples Republic of China, Jamaica, Peru, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Saudi Arabia.
